Miami Spice - Showcasing Miami's Finest Restaurants

From August 1st until September 30th, Miami Spice offers the opportunity to enjoy three-course meals from some of the finest restaurants in the Miami area. Both lunch and dinner are available and many of the best area chefs are showing off their signature dishes at the reduced price of $23 for Lunch and $39 for Dinner.

Reason for the Promotion

The Miami Spice promotion is set up to encourage locals and visitors to visit the best restaurants in Miami-Dade County during the industry's slowest time of the year. Some of the finest restaurants in the city will provide incredible deals including Four-star Valhalla Plant Food & Wine and Los Fuegos by Francis Mallman. (Four-Star rating from the Miami Herald.)

Over 240 restaurants are participating this year, which is up from 181 last year. Some of the notable restaurants on the list include:

The Prix Fixe Menu

During the Miami Spice promotion, the menu is set for you by each restaurant. It's a Prix Fixe Menu including an appetizer, entree and a dessert. Along with the special menu, guests may also enjoy brunch specials, happy hours and hotel discounts from some of the Miami Spice establishments.

Corsair Kitchen and Bar - 19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura

If you want to enjoy the country club atmosphere with incredible dishes, such as arugula and duck confit, Corsair Kitchen and Bar won't disappoint. The menu provides excellent choices, such as the salted caramel pudding and the blackened salmon with sweet corn.

Los Fuegos - 3201 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach

The Prix Fixe Menu starts with almond soup with watermelon and sherry vinegar. It continues with a skirt steak a la parrilla and finishes with the dulce de leche flan. You can't go wrong with this Argentinean choice.
